European Pirate Summit Visits 14 Eastern and Western European Hubs to Connect them with Top VC’s

Pirates on Shore Tour 2014 will visit 14 Eastern and Western European startup hubs in 21 days, starting today from Athens.

Till Ohrmann, CEO and co-founder of the European Pirate Summit, and his companions will also stop in Thessaloniki, Bucharest, Budapest, Warsaw, Poznan, Sofia, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Brussels, Amsterdam and Eindhoven to get to know the local scenes, connect startups and VCs and spread the word about the European Pirate Summit.

The local communities will get to know Thomas Grota (T-Venture), Christian Thaler-Wolski (Wellington Partners), Stephane Gantchev (Launchub), Sitar Teli and Pietro Bezza (Connect Ventures), Maxim Gurvits (Teres Capital), Jonathan Becker (e.ventures), James Wise & Sam Myers (Balderton Capital), George Henry (Index Ventures), Oriol Juncosa (Nauta Capital) and many more.

Willing startups are called upon to pitch their ideas to the crowd and will be rewarded with a ticket for the Pirate Summit in Cologne.
