NoviCap, an invoice trading marketplace recently raised 1,5 million Euros in a seed round funding, which was led by Partech Ventures, Techstars Ventures and Cabiedes & Partners.
The startup is aiming to solve the problem that SMEs face due to the typical 60-90 day delay in invoices being paid by clients, creating them cash-flow problems.
Therefore, NoviCap provides a marketplace where SMEs can raise financing by trading their invoices, which are used as security, in order to raise financing via a more speedy process.
