iAdvize, a French startup that develops a customer engagement platform has raised 14 million Euros from Iris Capital, Bpifrance and Alven Capital.
The company’s main goal is to provide a great online customer service experience. To be more precise, iAdvize automatically detects visitors who need help and alerts the web-team members of the company that is running the site. Afterwards, customer support representatives can contact their website visitors. iAdvize claims that today 2,000 companies are using it’s product.
The new capital will be used to expand into new European countries, since iAdvize is present already in France where it employees 120 people. The next step for the French startup is to hire 100 people in order to expand its operations in the U.K., Germany and Spain.
