Entersoft was named contractor for the customer relationship management (CRM) system supply project for IPTO’s (Independent Power Transmission Operator) subsidiary company, Grid Telecom, which operates in the telecommunications sector through an extensive fiber optic network (terrestrial and underwater) of more than 4,000 km in Greece.
With this project, Grid Telecom acquires Entersoft CRM, a powerful and technologically innovative platform, aiming to organize its key functions. Entersoft CRM will facilitate IPTO’s subsidiary at commercial level (contact management, leads and opportunities, activities, offers, targeting and in general, the full sales cycle), Customer Service (communication with traders, service cases with assignments to specific executives, contract management & SLAs to its clientele), but also throughout the company’s operational cycle by organizing control procedures and approving flows, as well as decision-making tools with direct and complete reporting to management.
An important aspect of the implementation of the project is to ensure the internal auditing of procedures and data, with classified rights to users. The scalability of the system will allow the addition of functionality to be exploited by the Economics, the Commercial department, the Markets, but also the IT department and the Management department.
