Swisscom, a Swiss ICT provider, acquired a majority stake in Mila, a sharing economy startup based in Zurich for an undisclosed price. Mila enables users to discover, book and pay for local services from other customers and small businesses online. Mila recently signed up the likes of Vodafone Germany and energy suppliers IWB and ewz, and is looking to add further partners to its roster, particularly in Europe.
