Deskbookers, a Dutch work and meeting place booking platform, managed to achieve a €1.5 million in seed funding from Germany’s Point Nine Capital and a number of well-known angel investors. Deskbookers platform allows workers and freelancers to search for and book locations in real time to work at or hold meetings, at an hourly rate. At the same time, users have the ability to review and rate spaces. The Dutch startup claims it processes something more than 7,000 bookings in a monthly basis! The service is currently available in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. As of its customers, Microsoft, T-Mobile and Uber are among them!
