HotelBrain, a hotel management firm announced its entrance into the markets of Serbia and Montenegro! The expansion is signaled by a new office in Belgrade, followed by two hotel management and one new development project.
To be more precise, HotelBrain signed hotel management agreements with the 5-star Hotel Park, which is located in the Novi Sad district, comprising 225 rooms, along with 5 restaurants and bars, with the refurbished Hotel Leopold I, set on the shores of the Danube river in Novi Sad, with 50 rooms, 3 restaurants and a state-of-the-art Wellness Centre. At the same time, HotelBrain reached to a development agreement and consequential management of boutique hotel Villa Park in Novi Sad. Today, HotelBrain is present in Greece, Lebanon, Turkey, Cyprus, Serbia and Montenegro, implementing its successful hotel management model.
