DKSH, a 150-year-old Swiss market expansion services provider which focuses on Asia, acquired a 20% stake in aCommerce, a Thailand-based ecommerce services provider! With this move, aCommerce will be able to expand its services to offline commerce, using DKSH’s resources and facilities. The Thai-based company has offices in Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines and serves something more than 140 clients, among them L’Oreal, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung Electronics, Nestle etc.
