Softone Group, a member of Olympia Group, announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Regate, a company specializing in the field of enterprise mobility solutions. Softone Group significantly expands the portfolio of solutions it offers, substantially strengthening its position in the enterprise mobility solutions market.
Regate’s portfolio includes more than 300 businesses, with the company’s enterprise mobility solutions covering needs such as sales force automation, car pricing (EXVAN), field marketing and merchandising, asset tracking, field tracking, field service management, medical visitor management, the proof of delivery control, etc.

Softone Group acquires all the shares of Regate, which will continue its autonomous course.Mr. Markatos will remain in charge of Regate, whose human resources will be strengthened soon. Short-term plans include the expansion of Regate’s portfolio of solutions and the development of new applications and services in order to exploit the know-how that has been created regarding enterprise mobility. In addition, all synergies will be exploited with the rest of the Softone Group companies as well as with the wide network of 600+ partners it has developed in 4 countries (Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania).
