Pratco, an Indian health-care information provider raised recently the huge amount of 90 million dollars in new funding. The investment was led by Tencent Holdings Ltd., the Chinese internet giant and Google Capital, and had the participation of Sofina, Sequoia India, Altimeter Capital, Matrix Partners, Sequoia Capital Global Equities etc.
Till today, Pratco has raised in total $124 million. The startup, which operates in India, Singapore and the Philippines, is planning to add another 1.000 persons at its staff and expand into a series of more countries in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.
