Greece is present at CES 2019

Greek tech market is participating at CES 2019, the world’s largest tech innovation event which is being held in Las Vegas, USA.

The Greek pavilion, which is located in Eureka Park among 1,200 startups from 40 countries, is showcasing a series of Greek startups, such as: SpotlightPOS, Ridemind, OramaVR, TEKMON, CityCrop, Norbloc, PlantBox, Robotics Academy, Bubbllz, and Oviview.

According to Grigoris Stergioulis, President and CEO of Enterprise Greece organization: “Enterprise Greece supports the effort of talented Greek scientists and entrepreneurs to present their innovative ideas and products at major industry exhibitions, such as the CES. In addition to the promotion of traditional products and services, as well of innovative Greek ideas, the Organization supports the efforts of startups in order to cooperate with international companies to achieve strategic partnerships that will contribute to the overall economic growth and boosting employment”.

On her part, Mrs. Litsa Panagiotopoulos, Secretary General of the Greek-American Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Committee, stated: “The Hellenic Chamber of Commerce demonstrates both the integrated support it provided to the Greek CES mission and the cooperation with the operators and the start- up ecosystem in a substantial way its clear orientation towards enhancing the extroversion and penetration of innovative entrepreneurship into international markets with emphasis on that of the US”.

It is noted that the Greek mission is co-organized and supported by the Ministry of Digital Policy, Telecommunications and Information, by Enterprise Greece, as well as the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce.
