The amount of $100 million in new financing was raised from Illumio, a start-up that has created a platform for networking security and protection for data centers and cloud services.
This is the company’s third round of funding during the last two years and the investment included Andreessen Horowitz, BlackRock, Accel Partners Formation 8 and General Catalyst.
At these three rounds, Illumio has raised totally 142,5 million dollars.
