ADAPTIT: Extroversion, high growth rates and expansion of its clientele
The growth pillars for the coming years include activity in cutting-edge areas such as Industrial Cyber Security , Augmented Reality (AR) solutions for Service Providers, Industry and Logistics, artificial intelligence applications that leverage capabilities of drones, but the expansion of the Data Center, as well as the investment in new infrastructure.
The course of ADAPTIT in the last year, during which it significantly expanded its clientele and partnerships, as well as its plans for 2024 were presented by the management of ADAPTIT, one of the fastest growing and most outgoing companies in the Greek digital technology market.
According to the estimates of ADAPTIT management, the turnover for 2023 will reach 35 million euros, showing an increase of 17% compared to 2022, while the total increase of turnover in the last five years amounts to 350%. Earnings before taxes, interest and depreciation (EBITDA) are estimated to move to levels above 4.5 million euros, against 3 million euros the previous year.

Finally, we have planned new investments, which will help us achieve our ambitious goals”, stated Mr. Athanasios Tzaferis, president and CEO of the ADAPTIT group.
ADAPTIT’s clientele includes organizations such as BUYIN, the joint company of Deutsche Telekom & Orange Group for the supply of 4G/5G radio coverage optimization telecommunications equipment, the Republic of Cyprus, the Ministry of Citizen Protection and the Holy Archdiocese of Athens. At the same time, the Greek company has participated in projects such as the development and operation of an integrated API System, to carry out the pre-check of passengers traveling from non-Schengen airports on behalf of the Greek Police and that for the security of accommodation facilities for citizens of third countries.
The significant expansion of ADAPTIT’s clientele is expected to contribute to maintaining high growth rates in the new year as well. According to forecasts, the turnover for 2024 is estimated to exceed 40 million euros. For the current fiscal year, revenues from participation in projects through competitive procedures exceed 70 million euros, while the forecast for the next year is for them to exceed 100 million euros.
In addition, for 2024, the investment plan amounts to 2 million euros. The funds will be used to develop critical infrastructure, strengthen partnerships and further expand activities abroad.

In addition, ADAPTIT group of companies is actively involved in the development of the FTTH fiber optic network.
“2023 was a year full of challenges for us, but with responsibility and consistency we managed to successfully deliver the particularly significant and demanding projects we had undertaken. We expect that in 2024 we will continue our course with the same success, responding to even greater challenges”, pointed out Vassilis Karavasilis, General Manager of ADAPTIT group.
The group already has an independent presence in Bulgaria and Germany, through ADAPTIT Bulgaria and ADAPTIT GmbH respectively, while it is active in several countries of the European Union, having undertaken important projects. In collaboration with Helios Telecom,Helios Technologies Europe has been founded, offering the European market a wide range of products and solutions for improving the quality of wireless telecommunications networks.
The immediate plans also include the strengthening of strategic partnerships. At the moment ADAPTIT Group cooperates with well-known houses such as TeamViewer, Netscout – Arbor, IBM, Opengear, Nozomi Networks, ADVA and Spirent.
ADAPTIT employs approximately 170 workers, having strengthened its team with 50 people during 2023, while the number of recruitments planned for 2024 is 50.
