Epignosis and OpenSesame announced online content partnership
Epignosis, creator of eFront LMS and TalentLMS, and OpenSesame, the world’s biggest marketplace for online training courses, announced a new partnership to connect eFront’s LMS customers to more than 22,000 online training courses through the OpenSesame marketplace.
Epignosis develops state-of-the-art technologies, such as TalentLMS and the award-winning eFront LMS, to meet the learning and talent management needs of small and medium-sized organizations all over the world.
Epignosis’s partnership with OpenSesame streamlines the talent development process by enabling customers to easily find and deploy online training courses to meet the needs of their workforce. Customers will be able to offer online training courses in a variety of subjects—business skills, compliance, safety, technology and more—for immediate deployment through the eFront and TalentLMS.
Founder and CTO of Epignosis, Athanasios Papagelis, stated about the new partnership: “I am thrilled with the added value this cooperation can bring to our customers. A vast base of courses on almost any subject imaginable and readily available within eFront and TalentLMS is a win-win-win offering for Epignosis, OpenSesame and our clients.”
“One of the biggest challenges customers face is reducing the time from need to deliver,” said OpenSesame Vice President of Business Development Tom Turnbull. “The breadth and depth of our off-the-shelf training resources enables Epignosis customers to meet both short-term and long-term needs in a cost-effective manner.”
Epignosis was founded in November 2003 as part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, StartTech Ventures. Epignosis is headquartered in the United States, with a global network of VAR partners in more than 60 countries. Epignosis launched TalentLMS in 2012 in a quest to democratize learning and make best-of-breed learning technologies accessible to all small and medium-sized organizations.
Based in Portland, Oregon, OpenSesame is the world’s largest marketplace for buying and selling online training courses. Buyers browse online training courses in a wide variety of subjects from workplace safety to business skills, to purchase courses that can be used online, by email or in any learning management system.
