In a quite unusual move, Global Founders Capital, the venture capital arm of German Rocket Internet decided to invest in a startup before it’s even launched! The startup is called BrickVest, its based in London and Berlin and is a real estate investment platform. As of its official launch, its scheduled sometime in the third quarter of 2015. BrickVest’s main differentiator point form its competitors is the fact that it provides a fully regulated platform which offers investors the full spectrum of fund management services.
