Vodafone Foundation announces the launch of the new cycle of the World of Difference program, aiming to enhance youth employment and the work of the country’s Non-Profit Organizations. For one more year, the programme gives ten young people the opportunity to work for six months in their NGO of choice, while the Vodafone Foundation covers their salary and employer contributions.
For the 12th consecutive year, the World of Difference program invites ten young people, aged 18 to 35, who have a vision to contribute through their work to Civil Society, to claim a place in the program. With the aim of addressing key issues, such as the inclusion and breaking down of stereotypes, environmental protection, education, sustainability and much more, the young people who will participate in this year’s cycle of the programme are invited to provide a solution to these issues, always with the power of technology.
The submission of applications for participation in the 12th cycle of the program starts on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 and those who wish can take part, by filling in the online application form for participation in the https://www.vodafone.gr/world-of-difference/, until Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
In addition, in the context of the collaboration of the Vodafone Foundation with HIGGS – Higher Incubator Giving Growth & Sustainability, the 1st Incubator and Accelerator for NGOs in Greece, young people who wish to participate in the program will have the opportunity to attend an online workshop, in order to be fully informed about the correct completion of the application. The seminar will take place online on Thursday, October 7, 2021.
