COISNE et LAMBERT, a group composed of the companies Klopman International, TDV Industries, KAI (Klopman Argo International) and TAD Teintures et Apprêts Danjoux, and a leader in the production and marketing of technical textiles for the professional clothing and PPE sectors, announces the acquisition of Infinity Group (4F – Performance), a major French player in the technical knitted fabrics sector.
This is a strategic milestone for the group, taking the opportunity to extend and complete its offer of knitwear fabrics thanks to a partnership that will exploit the strengths and qualities of each company. The objective of this collaboration is to introduce new synergies that will improve the offer to customers and strengthen the growth of the whole group in a rapidly evolving industrial landscape.
“The acquisition of Infinity Group illustrates once more our will to build a leading group in the field of technical textiles in the European and global markets, and to bring more services and solutions to our customers to support their growth,” says Paul Devilder, President of the group. “The Coisne et Lambert families strongly believe in the potential that the textile business can still realize in Europe. Our vision is industrial and headed towards the long-term development of all the companies of our Group. We are very glad to welcome the Infinity team into our group.
”The Infinity Group opens up our doors to an area previously unexplored: knitwear.”- affirms Alexandre Desroches, Group CEO – The acquisition of TAD first and Infinity Group now reflects our commitment to become a major player in this market segment by benefiting from the synergies provided by the specialized know-how of all the companies involved. This is the result of a significative strategic work we initiated three years ago and that will complete the offer of Group bringing it a step forward.
“To maintain and consolidate its leadership position in the European market for knitted and technical fabrics, Infinity (4F, Performance) needs to be able to rely on a solid industrial partner to continue to guarantee a high level of technical and local production,” says Stéphane KRUG, General Director of PERFORMANCE. “French and European production, strong customer service and a constant quest for innovation are the values shared by Infinity and Coisne et Lambert, and this collaboration is the evidence of it. This will enable us to have a stronger presence.
“For its 25th anniversary, this rapprochement marks a new stage in 4F’s growth,” concludes Emmanuel Labriet, General Director of 4F. “This will enable us to consolidate our position as a major player in knitwear and to access new markets. It’s up to all of us to take advantage of the new synergies to develop new products and to optimise our production potential.”
