Take Eat Easy, a Restaurant Delivery Service that operates in Belgium and France, raised a total of 6 million euros Series A funding round. Among the backers are Rocket Internet, DN Capital and Piton Capital.
Take Eat Easy says that it plans to use the money in order to expand across Europe, aiming United Kingdom, Spain and Germany. Take Eat Easy offers online ordering and food delivery from premium restaurants that usually don’t offer take-out service. At the same time, it’s application allows the customer to track his order real-time, including seeing how far away the courier is via GPS!
