Summit Partners acquired a minority stake in Siteimprove for $55M

Summit Partners, a USA global growth equity firm acquired a minority stake in Siteimprove,Danish SaaS company, for $55 million. The company enables publishers, marketers and Web professionals to manage and optimize their online presence via automated quality assurance, accessibility compliance, SEO and analytics. Siteimprove claims that it has something more than 3,500 customers worldwide, that are present in the fields of financial services, government, technology, pharmaceuticals, education etc., which it monitors throughout its 11 offices around the globe! The funding will support Siteimprove’s continued expansion of its global operations, sales and marketing as well as the development of its category-leading SaaS solutions for web governance.
