$15 million in a venture round was raised from PicsArt, the photo-sharing service which has built a community around creatively editing pictures.
The funding procedure was led by Sequoia Capital and Insight Venture Partners. The startup is asking investors to place their money on its ability to get users to share and engage with art from their mobile devices.
