The G502 X, G502 X LIGHTSPEED and G502 X PLUS are the newest versions of the world’s most popular gaming mouse, with a range of groundbreaking innovations for the best gaming experience possible.
The G502 X continues the legacy of unrivalled gaming performance, meticulously redesigning the G502’s form, even adding the most advanced gaming technologies, including lightforce hybrid optical-mechanical switches.

Exclusive to Logitech G, all G502 X models feature all-new HYBRID LIGHTFORCE optical mechanical switches for incredible speed and reliability, as well as very accurate activation with immediate response.
LIGHTFORCE is a revolutionary microbrewer technology that combines the benefits of optical switches with the excellent feel of mechanical switches that gamers love. Optical switches offer fast speed, performance and reliability.
LIGHTFORCE uses galvanic contact parts inside the switch, which work just like mechanical switches, to maintain that enjoyable feel. The result is that visual and mechanical triggers are seamlessly crafted to deliver the ultimate gaming performance. LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches provide reliable optical activation, ultra-low latency combined with reference features such as “sharp” tactile mechanical clicks.
The G502 X features a redesigned, reversible and removable DPI shift button to cover a wide variety of hand sizes and grip styles, a redesigned scroll wheel with higher stability and reduced weight, maintaining the G502’s iconic double ultra-fast scrolling and precision scrolling functions, USB-C charging for wireless versions, as well as a thin-wall exoskeleton for weight reduction and maximum rigidity.
The G502 X also comes equipped with the HERO 25K high-precision gaming sensor, offering 1-1 ratio accuracy at sub-micron levels and zero smoothing, filtering or acceleration.
For more efficient cable-free gaming, LIGHTFORCE technology offers 68% faster response times than the previous generation of mice.The new version of the LIGHTSPEED wireless protocol allows players to connect two LIGHTSPEED devices to one receiver using the device pairing tool in the G HUB.
