“Our systems have the flexibility to collect and process heterogeneous data such as climate data, specific characteristics of a building, energy profile, weather conditions, energy prices and many other factors.Through the use of machine learning algorithms, predictive models are produced (energy production, energy consumption), and in combination with the actual data, appropriate action plans are formulated for intelligent energy management at the building or city level. These data-driven systems can support energy managers and end-users of buildings / installations in energy management, with the ultimate goal of reducing costs and CO2 emissions, taking into account the specific conditions related to each organization”, added Georgia Polytanou.
