The bank Crédit Mutuel Arkéa paid 50 million Euros in order to acquire 86% of the French startup Leetchi, which among others operates Mangopay, a payment processing solution for marketplaces.
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa will invest an extra 10 million Euros at Leetchi in order to speed-up its product development cycle and internationalize its presence.
