EPSILON NET announced that its subsidiary Epsilon SingularLogic S.A., has completed the acquisition of 80% of the company “A. Triantafyllidis – D. Zachos GP ” with the distinctive title iQom, which specializes in IT solutions for the private sector.
IQom has a long experience in custom business software applications in the dynamic Retail Sector software. The company has comprehensive solutions for Supermarkets, Mini Markets, food and beverage stores, restaurants, clothing and shoe stores, as well as other retail stores (Pet shop, Florists, Toys, Kiosks-Convenience Stores etc.).
The company has offices in Thessaloniki and in Athens, while the promotion of its solutions throughout Greece is performed through a network of specialized dealers, who also provide onsite support of its products in retail stores.According to data of the first seven months of 2021 sales amounted to 1,12 million euros, profit before tax amounted to 412,000 euros, while at the same time it has almost zero debt.
The total amount for the acquisition of 80% of the company is 1.8 million euros, while the founders of the company, Mr. Achilleas Triantafyllidis and Mr. Dimitrios Zachos, will own the remaining 20% of iQom and will continue to contribute daily to the development of the company all over Greece.
