ColorChip, an Israeli optical communications developer raised recently the amount of 25 million dollars in a round of financing which was led by Israel Growth Partners and had the participation from Vintage Investment Partners, Gemini Israeli Funds and BRM Group.
The new capital will be used in order to scale up operations and accelerate product development for data-centers that need to increase their traffic capacity.
It must be noted that ColorChip provides cost effective, dense, hyper-scale transceivers and advanced optical splitters. Until today, the company has gathered funding of $60 million.
