The amount of 45 million dollars was raised by Capillary Technologies, a social CRM company, during a Series C round. At the same time, the Singapore-based startup acquired the e-commerce software platform MartJack.
With the new funding, Capillary Technologies is planning to evolve its omnichannel retail platform. In the meantime, the funding round was led by Warburg Pincus with the participation of Sequoia Capital and Norwest Venture Partners.
Until today, the company as raised totally $79,1 million.
