BOX NOW Group secured a new investment by Olympia Group. More specifically, the investment was made through the investment arm PCP, with the aim of creating the largest network of Automatic Parcel Receiving Machines (lockers) in SE Europe, through the expansion of the company in markets additional to Greece, Croatia and Bulgaria, where it already maintains a presence. Thus, PCP acquires a minority stake in BOX NOW Group, while EMMA Capital remains a strong majority shareholder.
Olympia’s goal is, in collaboration with EMMA Capital Group and through the services offered by BOX NOW, to contribute to the promotion of a new model in the e-commerce market that utilizes modern logistics platforms, in order to empower the end user with new options for better and faster deliveries, at a time and place that facilitates and matches his lifestyle.
