The amount of 40 million dollars was raised by Chef Software Inc. in a Series E round. The startup assists businesses in a variety of sectors in order to become “software-led enterprises”.
The whole process was led by DFJ Growth and had the participation of Battery Ventures, Citi Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Ignition Partners, Scale Venture Partners and Hewlett Packard Ventures. The new capital will be used by Chef Software Inc. for its further overseas expansion.
